Technology should reduce friction around learning — not replace the human relationship at its centre.
Every education platform makes an implicit choice: does technology lead, or does it serve? We have consistently chosen the second.
In practice this means the platform handles what software is genuinely better at — access, delivery, reminders, progress visibility, administration — and leaves teaching, facilitation and encouragement to people.
It also sets a design constraint we find useful: if a feature makes the learning experience colder, it does not ship, however impressive it looks in a demo.
