Building communities that create consistency

What separates an active learning community from a quiet group chat.
Communities do not become active because they exist. They become active because there is a rhythm — a reason to return on a predictable schedule.
We design for that rhythm deliberately: recurring check-ins, small peer groups, visible progress and moderation that keeps the space useful.
The measure of a healthy learning community is not message volume. It is how many members are still practising ninety days in.
